One of the oldest international school in Hong Kong, Hong Kong International School was started by a group of American businessman during the early 1960s. From 170 students taught by 7 teachers in some apartments in Chung Hom Kok, to more than 2,600 students on two campuses served by nearly 500 faculty and staff. HKIS is a truly an impressive establishment. We had the pleasure of having their technical support staff, attending our Apple Certified Yosemite OSX 10.10 Support essential training recently. Many of these seasoned technical individuals have been serving the staff and students at HKIS for more than 10 years. They have seen and deal with technical issues that some of us might have come across, but multiple those problems by thousand fold. It takes a special kind of technical professionals to be able to take that kind of challenges on a daily basis.

OS X Yosemite Support Essentials is a three-day course covers the best ways to support OS X Yosemite users with lectures and hands-on real-world exercises. Passing the OS X Support Essentials 10.10 exam will earn you Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) 10.10 status. Because our Apple Certified Yosemite trainer has rich technical support experiences,  he is able to extend beyond the training, into solutions that tackle their specific questions and issues. That included adding basic unix commands that can speed up IT support technicians’ daily maintenance task.
