We first taught PCCW video engineers a few years ago with Final Cut Pro 7. Today, they came back to Fatbars, to update themselves with OSX 10.9 Mavericks and Final Cut Pro X 10.1. As they takes care of the production systems inside RTHK, they themselves needs to know how to use Final Cut Pro X 101, to find out if the problem is hardware or software based.
