Design with Kindness

These days, even the good days seem so bleak and stressful. Not knowing the future, afraid of getting sick, losing our job can really pile up and break our spirits down. We all need some kindness now. 

‘Kind words’ is an indie game that is unique and deserves to be mentioned. Although not a new game, it is a game designed around kindness. Connecting real people anonymously, writing nice letters to real strangers while listening to chill music. When I sent off my worries in a letter inside the game, I never expected to receive so many kind words and encouragement back from total strangers. It was very nice. A reminder that there are still good and nice people out there. You can also help by answering to many who also need some kind words in these dark times. 

 “ Kind words can be short and easy to speak, but their echoes are truly endless ” – Mother Teresa. Thanks to the game developer “ Popcannibal”  for making a heartwarming game and keeping this game alive. Designer ZibaScott and LuigiGuatieri. We need this type of design more than ever today.
